6:15pm - R.I.P.  - Culcairn, Culcairn Hall, Culcairn

7:40pm - Back to Basics - Culcairn Hall, Culcairn

 

Wednesday

6.30pm - Wednesday Workout - Culcairn Hall, Culcairn

 

Friday

6:15am - Small Group PT - Thurgoona Community Centre

Personal Training

Real Girls Sweat offers a limited number of Personal Training Sessions at Culcairn and Thurgoona. Each session is customised to your goals, needs, abilities and are designed to take your fitness to the next level.

A range of options are used according to preference and goals and include: traditional resistance, cardio and body weight exercises using interval and strength training methods. Boxing and functional exercises are also used.
