The journey to your healthiest life begins with your personalised vision. During this step we explore your current well-being and identify areas where you would like to make changes and capture this in your own wellness vision. We also discuss current concerns and obstacles you might be facing in achieving your vision and discuss some possible strategies to overcome them.
Preparing this vision allows you to set the big picture for your health and wellness goals, providing clarity and inspiration as you get ready to take action.

Now that you have a clear vision of what your healthiest looks and feels like, we develop 1 - 3 three month goals that work towards achieving your vision. Setting a number of smaller goals allows you to take immediate action, by breaking down what may seem to be an overwhelming into task into manageable steps. This process also provides milestones and sets you up for small success along them way ensuring you stay motivated and committed to achieving your vision.

This step breaks down the goals created in step 2 into the nitty gritty small actions needed each week.
Step 3 is a weekly goal setting process and allows you to reflect on the past week and what worked well, what needs improving and celebrating your successes. We also plan the week ahead and look at any challenges you may anticipate and develop strategies to overcome them. Setting weekly goals provides accountability, focus and management of obstacles as they appear, allowing us to plan strategies to overcome them, keeping you on track towards your goals.
Repeating step three for the duration of your three month goal is the key to success.
