Before I started the Empowered Nutrition program, I was worried that it would be too complicated and time consuming, but it’s not at all. The program is practical, and focuses on building & changing habits. The program is designed to help you master the task. It’s easy to listen to a lesson and normally makes sense but to master it requires practice and repetition
Empowered nutrition is not like any other ‘weight loss’ program I have done before. It’s not what you expect. It’s not extreme, it’s not onerous and you aren’t going to give up in a few weeks because it’s too hard. It’s helps you master what you know and makes you aware of your habits and triggers.
Diets I have tried in the past make you feel stressed about what you are eating and having to measure how much, which makes you feel like you have failed if you don’t achieve this. Empowered Nutrition doesn’t radically change what you are doing, it makes you aware of what your current nutrition and training habits are so that you can slowly change some of those habits or re-inforce the habits that are helping you and slowly stop the habits that are hindering you.

I really like how informative the lessons are and the fortnightly check-ins with Joanne.
It’s a great program that is very consistent and detailed without being too overwhelming.
